General Terms

  • By using the Hajzi platform, you agree to these terms and conditions
  • You must be 18 years or older to use the platform
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
  • We reserve the right to modify these terms with prior notice
  • Using the platform for illegal purposes is strictly prohibited

Merchant Accounts

  • Each merchant is responsible for store content and listed products or services
  • All information provided must be accurate and up to date
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
  • Merchants are responsible for compliance with local laws including VAT
  • Customer and transaction data belongs to the merchant, who is responsible for protecting it

Payments & Subscriptions

  • Payments are in Saudi Riyal unless otherwise stated
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard
  • Refund details are available on the Refund Policy page
  • We reserve the right to modify prices with 30 days prior notice

Intellectual Property

  • The Hajzi platform and brand are protected by intellectual property laws
  • Content you upload remains yours, with a license granted to us for display
  • Copying or distributing any part of the platform without written permission is prohibited
  • We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect you to do the same

Limitation of Liability

  • The platform is provided as is without express or implied warranties
  • We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages
  • We are not responsible for transactions between merchants and their customers
  • We make every effort to keep the platform available but do not guarantee 100 percent uptime

Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
  • Disputes are resolved amicably first, then through competent courts in the Kingdom
  • The Arabic version is considered the official version in case of conflict
