General Terms
- By using the Hajzi platform, you agree to these terms and conditions
- You must be 18 years or older to use the platform
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- We reserve the right to modify these terms with prior notice
- Using the platform for illegal purposes is strictly prohibited
Merchant Accounts
- Each merchant is responsible for store content and listed products or services
- All information provided must be accurate and up to date
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
- Merchants are responsible for compliance with local laws including VAT
- Customer and transaction data belongs to the merchant, who is responsible for protecting it
Payments & Subscriptions
- Payments are in Saudi Riyal unless otherwise stated
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard
- Refund details are available on the Refund Policy page
- We reserve the right to modify prices with 30 days prior notice
Intellectual Property
- The Hajzi platform and brand are protected by intellectual property laws
- Content you upload remains yours, with a license granted to us for display
- Copying or distributing any part of the platform without written permission is prohibited
- We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect you to do the same
Limitation of Liability
- The platform is provided as is without express or implied warranties
- We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages
- We are not responsible for transactions between merchants and their customers
- We make every effort to keep the platform available but do not guarantee 100 percent uptime
Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
- Disputes are resolved amicably first, then through competent courts in the Kingdom
- The Arabic version is considered the official version in case of conflict
